Mary Hoch (RN, RM, MCHN)

Mary Hoch is a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife and Maternal and Child Health Nurse. Over thirty years she built up an enviable reputation in the community by working independently with families.

Mary has been working with her clients in one on one counseling and group facilitator capacity. This role has included the monitoring of her client’s progress and where necessary assisting them to cope with major lifestyle changes. Mary has worked in conjunction with a team of medical and allied health professionals. Mary currently lives in Melbourne with her husband Andrew and children Amy and Matthew.

Matthew Hoch

Matthew Hoch has extensive knowledge of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and how to deal with it after having spent more than six years with the condition. He combines his study at the University of Melbourne with his full-time role at Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Recovery that sees him organising and assisting with all aspects of the program.

Jason Hine - Psychologist
M.A. Grad Dip. Psych. (Melb) M.A.P.S.

Jason is the founding director of Hine Psychology Pty Ltd. He has 10 years of experience as a consulting psychologist. Prior to establishing his own company in 2008, Jason was employed for 8 years as the Professional Director of Client Services at the Student Achievement Centre and Cheetham Consulting Group. Jason has established a strong reputation for working closely with his clients to achieve positive health, social, educational and emotional outcomes.

Jason has assisted a vast range of individuals in managing and overcoming debilitating physical and psychological conditions and situations. Jason has also been actively involved in the delivery of educational programs targeting talented youth from socially and financially disadvantaged backgrounds for the past 10 years. Jason was born and educated in Melbourne and is married with a young family.

Jason Hine - Psychologist

Tai Chi Coach - Judy Crowe
Judy is a member of the Tai Chi Association of Australia (TCAA) and has been practicing Tai Chi for 20 years. She has been teaching Tai Chi for over 12 years at the Moving Meditation Tai Chi Centre, Kew, and the Royal Women's Hospital, Carlton. Judy also conducts private, community and corporate classes.

Tai Chi consists of a series of gentle flowing movements which improve circulation, flexibility, strength, balance, concentration and general well-being. The practice of Tai Chi is aimed at facilitating and cultivating the flow of energy at all levels. These flowing and focused gentle stretching movements are practiced with the five essential principles of relaxation, concentration, meditation, harmony and abdominal breathing. These principles and practices are then incorporated into life for optimum health and vitality, encouraging growth and development in all aspects of life.

Judy is also a qualified Naturopath (Degree in Health Science - Naturopathy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies, Victoria andan accredited member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA).
